Terms of service

1. Standard Services
We provide only professional and legitimate massage services.
Any form of sexual activity, solicitation, insinuation, or other illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. Should a client make inappropriate requests, the therapist reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without refund. Where necessary, the matter may be reported to the authorities.

2. In-Home Massage Services
Therapists will arrive at the specified time and location as scheduled.
Service duration will be based on the selected package (e.g., 60, 90, or 120 minutes, or other durations as chosen upon booking).

3. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • If you arrive late and meet the therapist after the scheduled start time, the service will still be calculated from the original booking time, and you will only be entitled to the remaining time of your reserved session.

  • If you fail to meet the therapist at the scheduled time and location, it will be deemed as a completed service, and no refund will be issued.

4. Safety & Cooperation
Clients must ensure that the service environment is safe and clean (for in-home services, the space must be free of hazardous items).
Clients are required to respect the therapist’s professionalism and personal safety. In cases of harassment, threats, or refusal to cooperate, the therapist may terminate the service immediately without refund.

5. Legal Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
In the event of a dispute, the company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

 

6. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer. 

  • Our services are intended solely for relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare advice.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to receive massage services. We shall not be liable for any injuries, health conditions, or complications arising from pre-existing medical issues.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents occurring at the client’s premises during in-home services.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
